Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind or something not right? Our returns are simple, fair and fully within your legal rights. You have 30 days to return your Premium 2 Door Wardrobe for a refund, on top of your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Our returns promise
We want you to love your wardrobe. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. This applies to unused items in resaleable condition and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. As a goodwill gesture we extend this to a full 30 days. To cancel, simply let us know within the window and return the wardrobe to us.
3. How to start a return
Starting a return is easy:
- Email info@wardrobe-store.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return, or call us on +44 7775 554848.
- We'll reply with simple return instructions and, where applicable, arrange a collection.
- Repackage the item securely — ideally in its original flat-pack packaging — so it reaches us undamaged.
- Send your return to: Bohzo Ltd (Wardrobe Store UK), The Workspace Basildon, 7 High Pavement, Basildon, England, SS14 1EA. Please contact us first so we can log it and confirm the quickest method.
4. Returning your wardrobe
Please return the wardrobe unused and in resaleable condition. If it has been assembled, used or damaged after delivery (beyond what is needed to inspect it), we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, or be unable to accept the return.
5. Return shipping costs
If you are returning because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return carriage. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover all return costs. We will always make this clear before you return anything.
6. Refunds and timescales
Once we receive your returned wardrobe and confirm its condition, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. We do not charge any restocking or administration fees — change-of-mind returns are refunded in full for the price of the item. We will always email to confirm when your refund has been processed, and your bank may take a few additional days to show it.
7. Cancelling before dispatch
Changed your mind quickly? If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full — no return needed.
8. Damaged or faulty items
Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours and we will put it right — free replacement parts, a replacement wardrobe, or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Returns of damaged-on-arrival items are always free.
9. Replacement parts
If a single part is damaged or missing, we can usually send a free replacement part rather than replacing the whole wardrobe — often the quickest fix. Just email us a photo and your order number.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to a refund, repair or replacement for faulty goods.
